He has twenty (20) years of active arbitration, mediation and courtroom experience relating to a wide variety of disputes in the oil and gas industry, construction industry, taxation, anti-bribery and corruption etc., spanning different areas of law namely, complex commercial and taxation law issues, general civil litigation, energy law, copyright law, securities transactions, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

He provides a broad range of legal advice and representation for a wide variety of clients ranging from multinational corporations and major financial institutions to governments and high-profile individuals. He has a stellar track record, including a very strong trial capability in litigation, international and domestic arbitration, as well as other forms of alternative dispute resolution such as mediation, conciliation and negotiation.

He sits on the Board of Directors of the Lagos Court of Arbitration, and he is an Accredited Mediator of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), a Member of the London Court for International Arbitration (LCIA), the African Arbitration Association (AAA), the Lagos Chamber of Commerce International Arbitration Centre (LACIAC), and the Nigerian Bar Association
