The arbitral secretary assists the arbitral tribunal to carry out its task efficiently and effectively

The duty of an arbitral registrar starts from the preliminary meetings, to the proceedings and post proceedings. This training will expose participants to the roles and duties  of an arbitral secretary and the limits of their powers.
