Our Mediation Skills Accreditation and Certification Training, which leads to Associate Membership of the Institute, is designed to equip participants with the requisite skills to practice Mediation and Conciliation professionally. It is a rich blend of skills acquisition, practice exercises and role-plays with multi-disciplinary approaches, creating and inspiring learning experience.

Successful participants of our Mediation Skills Accreditation and Certification Training will be invited to the Institute’s Annual Induction Ceremony to be inducted into the Institute as Associate Members. They qualify to use the designation “AICMC” (Associate Member, Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators), and will have their names listed in the ICMC Directory of Members.

Qualified Members of the Institute wishing to upgrade to the Member Cadre or Fellow Cadre are required to enrol in some of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses of the Institute, and obtain the requisite CPD points. Upon successful completion these courses and the accreditation process, participants will be invited to Institute’s Annual Induction Ceremony to be inducted into the Institute as Members and qualify to use the designation “MICMC” (Member, Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators), or as Fellows, and qualify to use the designation “FICMC” (Fellow, Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators).
